Associate Information Technology Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Configuring IP settings on computers.
2. Configuring static and dynamic IP addresses.
3. Troubleshooting network issues.
4. Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook.
5. Understanding of the OSI Model.
6. Computer hardware troubleshooting.
7. Troubleshooting blue screen and black screen errors.
8. Managing inventory and generating related reports.
9. Performing remote troubleshooting.

Skills:

1. At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support.
2. Experience working with Windows Server, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
3. Knowledge of Gateway and DNS configurations.
4. Familiarity with switches and VLANs.
5. Hands-on experience with Networking.
