People with experience in signing up new clients as well as connecting and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves limited supervision, and compensation is a function of your ability to engage new clients and then retain them through our legal and financial services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Business development and signing up new clients: You will be given contact details of potential clients who have expressed interest through detailed forms with all relevant details, you will need to negotiate an engagement letter and sign up the potential clients, and you will be provided proper training of the company's platform and products, which can be used to convince clients to about our legal and financial advisory services
2. Legal drafting: Well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions - ensure that the respective intentions, rights, and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations, or contracts are accurately reflected
3. Legal advisory: Drafting basic legal documents, notices, etc.
4. Provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions
5. Approach client s matters strategically to ensure client needs (not just requests)are met
6. Maintain relationships with existing clients
7. Achieving financial goals and project outcomes, including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attract new clients
8. Collect legal data to identify, track, and report.
9. Dispute management: Identify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed
