Key Responsibilities:

1. Regularly conducting the standup call.
2. Managing relationships with clients and management.
3. Working on program management, funnel improvement, and maintenance.
4. Delivering strong operational results.
5. Supporting delivery managers to secure resources and handle overall resource management.
6. Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
7. Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
8. Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.
9. Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
10. Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to the team.
11. Using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.

Effective Communication MS-Excel MS-Office Project Management

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 0 -2 years’ experience.

2. Bachelor’s degree in business or another related subject.

5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

6. Effective time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

7. Should have a broad view of program objectives.

8. Must be familiar with organizational cultures and their processes.

9. Should be able to manage all program documentation.
