6. Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
7. Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
