Work Location: Chennai - Ekkatuthangal
No Working Days: 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
2. Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
3. Will be hiring for both IT and non-IT positions.
4. Should be able to handle Entry Level / Lateral and Bulk Hiring.
5. Be a valuable talent Partner to the clients, and maintain good client relationships.
6. Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis.
7. Constantly work on improvement of the hiring process.
8. Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
9. Continuously engage in Social Hiring using official social media platforms.

Requirements:

1. Any Graduates, willing to work in the HR domain.
2. MBA/MSW specializing in HR preferred.
3. Able to work on critical and emerging skills, and should have an eye for details.
4. Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
5. Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
6. Ability to adapt to New Technologies and source from multiple portals.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Doc, Sheets)
8. Ability to use ChatGPT.
9. People management skills are required.
10. Established team handling skills.
