Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
4. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide job details and gather necessary information.
5. Support senior recruiters with various administrative tasks and recruitment activities.
