2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process
5. Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
7. Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
