Key responsibilities:
1. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
