Key Responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions in the education sector. They will conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates to our clients. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, coordinate with clients, and execute recruitment strategies.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8. Certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus
