Associate Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals
2. Leverage various job portals e.g. Dice, Monster, Career Builder Indeed, etc.
3. Make as many as calls to get the best possible submission and send tons of emails to get the right talent
4. Engage with potential candidates as per client requirements, including skills, education, experience and competency
5. Conduct phone screens to assess candidate interest and competence
6. Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other top talent in that area.
