TELUS International is looking for Recruiters who can work in 12 Noon to 9PM shift (Both sides cabs available)
Key responsibilities:
1. Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media
2. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
3. Assist teams in screening resumes
4. Conduct initial phone screens
5. Schedule calls and interviews
6. Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
7. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them during interviews
8. Use recruiting software to track open roles
9. Send out bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g., offer letters)
10. Coordinate drug tests and background checks
11. Participate in recruiting events
12. Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
2. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to juggle multiple calendars
5. Problem-solving aptitude
6. Critical-thinking skills
7. Fresher graduates willing to take on a challenging role in Talent Acquisition
Note: It's a 3-month contractual Role that is extendable as per the business requirement.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year
