As an Associate Recruiter at TraviYO, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent to join our dynamic team. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating with potential candidates. Your strong skills in MS-Excel and MS-Office will aid in keeping track of recruitment data and managing candidate information efficiently. Your expertise in recruitment, negotiation, and problem-solving will be instrumental in attracting and securing the best candidates for various positions within the company. Your ability to engage with employees and ensure their satisfaction with their roles will be key in promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements for open positions
2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards and social media platforms
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5. Negotiate job offers and discuss terms of employment with selected candidates
6. Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate their integration into the company
7. Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics

The major mandate of the company is to provide technology solutions to travel agents, a hassle-free automated platform to generate business, manage the operation, and track transactions that would eventually help increase revenue generation. TraviYo is awarded by the start-up India program and funded by SIDBI ventures. As an extension of this product, TraviYo provides a CMS-based dynamic website and mobile app for both Android and iOS platforms.
