2. Designing and developing new features or changing existing features using the development language 'Deluge'
3. Conducting testing and debugging CRM features to ensure high-quality performance
4. Providing support to end-users for any CRM-related issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
5. Assisting in the implementation of CRM integrations with other systems
6. Documenting technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials related to CRM development and support
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems and processes
8. Helping our customers to go live with various products by hand-holding, resolving their queries, and providing active support
