Associate System Engineer Fresher Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 'Associate System Engineer' to join our IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in information technology who are eager to develop their skills in system administration, network management, and IT support. As an 'Associate System Engineer', you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration: Administer and maintain Windows Client, Windows Server, and Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
2. Network Management: Oversee network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, and all network layers to maintain robust and secure networking environments
3. Ticketing and Support: Track and manage ticket inflow using JIRA, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues and incidents
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports detailing infrastructure performance and identifying areas for improvement
5. User Management: Handle user management tasks, including administration of active directory and other user directories
6. Maintenance and Updates: Participate in and coordinate monthly IT maintenance windows, keeping the team updated on maintenance activities and schedules
7. Asset Management: Oversee IT asset inventory and management, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets
8. Web Application Management: Deploy, configure, host, and manage web applications, ensuring their availability and performance
9. Hardware Management: Manage server hardware and user laptops, performing related tasks to ensure hardware reliability and efficiency
10. Security Management: Manage antivirus and endpoint security tools to protect systems and networks from threats, ensuring compliance with security protocols
