As a sales telecaller assistant, you will be responsible for following up on travel leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting inquiries into bookings. You will play a crucial role in our sales team, helping to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on travel leads.
2. Provide information about our travel packages and services.
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel options.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
