Associate Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and confirm orders
2. Generate sales leads and follow up on existing leads
3. Build relationships with customers and address their concerns
4. Meet daily call targets
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
