Associate Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contacting potential or existing clients
2. Updating client information in the database
3. Explaining clients about the projects in detail
4. Coordinating with clients through voice calls, emails to explain projects in detail to convince the customers for site visits
5. Following up with the client after a site visit to understand the client's site visit experience
6. Preparation of MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly productivity tracker
7. Maintaining call quality by following audit sheet sales call flow
8. Calling on leads generated by different marketing sources and converting them into site meetings

Requirements:

1. Good at customer follow-up
2. Should keep the record of feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
