We are looking for an enthusiastic 'Associate Tele-caller' to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce our products or services, and gather valuable feedback. Responsibilities include managing call lists, updating customer information, addressing queries, and meeting daily call and conversion targets. Strong communication skills, a friendly approach, and resilience are essential. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous but not required. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
2. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to provide information about our products and services.
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns that clients may have.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers.
8. Outbound calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
9. Customer interaction: Engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
10. Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer needs and interests.
11. Data entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
12. Feedback collection: Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
13. Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets set by the company.
14. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to nurture leads and close sales.
