1. Make outbound calls to prospective beneficiaries and partners to promote foundation programs.
2. Handle inbound inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
4. Follow up with potential participants and partners to build and nurture relationships.
