Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone
2. Work only in the day shift
3. Meet and exceed assigned targets periodically
4. Maintain productivity that meets job standards while ensuring speed and accuracy
5. Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility

Requirements:

1. Be flexible to work in a 6-day roster off-environment
2. Communicate efficiently in English and Hindi
3. Possess good selling and negotiation skills
4. Hold an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree
5. Have 0 to 1 year of experience in sales
