Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Assist in creating visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
3. Translate design concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
4. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for improvements.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest design standards.
7. Assist in the creation of marketing materials and other visual assets.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
