Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in user research: Help conduct research to understand user behaviors and needs.
2. Design creation: Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
3. Collaborate on projects: Work with product managers and developers to refine design solutions.
4. Ensure consistency: Contribute to maintaining consistency across all user touchpoints.

6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

7. Willingness to work in the office.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
