Unstop is looking for an Associate in web Operations who can be the liaison between the Operations team and the users. They will be responsible for resolving users' issues and requests in a timely manner. Prioritize, organize, and execute solutions to said issues and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed
2. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with user
3. Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA
4. Coordinate and cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
5. Communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals
6. Make recommendations for business performance improvement
7. Monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website
8. Liaise between the user and internal teams, interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account
9. Receive and respond to approval and notifications
10. Resolve any issues faced by the users, and ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time
11. Update users through email, phone, and online presentations
Requirement:
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 /year
