Audit & Compliance Officer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Conduct regular audits of internal processes, systems, and controls to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
3. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement action plans to address audit findings and mitigate risks.
5. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
6. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
7. Investigate complaints and reports of non-compliance and take appropriate corrective action.
8. Maintain accurate records of audit findings, actions taken, and compliance activities.
