4. Collaboration with business users: Engage closely with business users, carefully understand their pain points, and deliver tailored automation solutions that address their needs.
5. Documentation and testing: Develop and document processes, test procedures, and scenarios for pre-UAT, UAT, and Rollout phases to ensure seamless project progression.
6. Issue management: Proactively manage and resolve daily issues encountered during the execution of automation processes, providing timely responses and demonstrating a mature, problem-solving approach.
7. Creative design integration: Utilize creative design thinking to enhance automation solutions, making them more user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing.
8. Digital content creation: Leverage tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create visually striking posters and templates for automation solutions and customer use case repositories.
9. Blogging and use case writing: Get trained on use case writing, and contribute by writing insightful blogs that explore the automation potential of various use cases.
10. Project estimations and delivery: Provide accurate time and effort estimations, ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed-upon timelines.
11. Digital content creation for social media: Develop engaging digital content to enhance audience interaction and increase visibility across the company's social media platforms
