B2B Sales Closer Fresher Job

Given our rapid growth trajectory, we're currently on the lookout for additional team members to join us in advancing this mission and helping us onboard even more incredible individuals. Here's where you fit in. The primary objective of this role is to boost revenue by recruiting more clients for our project launch campaign. This will primarily involve two methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities encompass prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients for the creative campaigns. This also includes addressing defaulted payments and supporting the client success teams as necessary.

Note: This is a full-time, work-from-office position, in Kolkata.

Compensation:

1. There's a basic pay for the initial month to help you get accustomed
2. Subsequently, this role operates on a commission-only basis
3. Our closers, even those without prior sales experience, earn between 50k-1L/mo INR
