Key responsibilities:

1. Call/communicate by mail with the customers for renewal orders and payment follow-ups.
2. Send renewal proposals to the customers.
3. Prepare our internal CRM documents (STF/SSTF) on receipt of orders.
4. Co-ordinate with our internal teams for invoicing and any other order processing-related activities.
