We are seeking a competent back-office computer operator to join our team as a back office computer operator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and computer-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary duties will include data entry, maintaining records, managing files, and assisting in general office tasks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
2. Make quotations for clients.
3. Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
4. Manage and organize electronic and physical files.
5. Assist in managing paperwork and documentation.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
8. Provide general administrative support as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
2. Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Working with a coral draw is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, etc.)
