Job Overview
Join Mechatronik Renewables Pvt. Ltd. as a Back Office Executive, contributing to our solar energy mission. This position is available for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. As a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, you'll support our operations with key administrative functions crucial to the solar project's lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (Mandatory skill) to manage data, perform calculations, and prepare project reports.
Strong email management skills (Mandatory skill) to organize, track, and respond to internal and external communications efficiently.
Accurate data entry abilities required to maintain databases and project files effectively and efficiently.
Experience in report generation for compiling detailed and accurate analysis to aid strategic decision-making processes.
Familiarity with document management systems to ensure integrity and confidentiality of sensitive project documents.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams, vendors, and partners underpinning successful project execution.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt task completion and project support.
Two vehicles & licence mandatory.

Ahmedabad location is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and update project-related database entries ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
Assist in preparing and organizing required reports, documentation, and information for all departments.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations supporting project timelines and departmental efficiency.
Coordinate communication between different departments, suppliers, and clients for smooth operation workflows.
Monitor document flow, ensuring all documentation is filed, archived, and retrieved efficiently and is accessible when needed.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide support for compliance and audit readiness.
Support the procurement team in tracking orders, inventory systems, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Participate in training sessions to enhance operational knowledge and skills, aiding in all-around company growth.
Handle support functions like data entry, record management, and report preparation. Ensure efficient documentation and maintain workflow accuracy. Assist front-line teams by managing behind-the-scenes operations.
