In this role, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth operation of our back office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, data entry, and assisting other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage data entry with accuracy and precision.
2. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and creating reports.
3. Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
4. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
5. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
6. Provide excellent phone and email communication with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
