As a Barista Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing tea and coffee beverages according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence.
2. Managing daily operations of the cart, including setup, cleanliness, and restocking supplies.
3. Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing a friendly and personalized service experience.
4. Handling cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations.
6. Assisting in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting needs.
7. Upholding the HeadQauter brand and values through professionalism and a positive attitude.

1. Prior experience in a similar role (barista, food service, or hospitality) is preferred but not mandatory.
2. A strong interest in tea and coffee, with a willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive and responsible approach to work, with attention to detail.
6. Basic math skills for handling payments and managing inventory.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.
