As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of Vedix, providing expert beauty advice and assistance to customers. Your role is key in creating an engaging and memorable shopping experience while helping customers find the perfect products to meet their beauty needs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service.
2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
3. Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations to drive sales.
4. Assist customers in selecting the right products.
5. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and tester stations.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
1. Language proficiency – Candidates must be proficient in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
2. Location – Candidates should either be from Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
3. Work timings and travel – Must be flexible with work hours, including late logouts (post 10 PM), and comfortable traveling within Hyderabad.
4. Industry preference – Candidates with an interest or experience in the beauty industry, beauty advisor roles, customer relationship management, or sales are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
5. Work schedule – Six working days with rotational shifts and weekly rotational offs.
6. Family discussion – Candidates should discuss the job requirements and work conditions with their family before applying.
