Billing Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Follow up on documents with vendors
2. Verify and close service documents in the software
3. Verify purchase documents with service documents
4. Provide top-notch service and address client needs effectively during interactions over the phone or through email
5. Maintain and verify data in Excel sheets daily
6. Check and generate invoices in the software and send them to clients/vendors. Email invoices to clients along with service documents
7. Generate MIS reports of the invoice data
8. Send hard copies of documents to clients through courier
9. Perform other billing department tasks as specified in the requirement
