About the job

As a brand growth catalyst at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by researching competitors and staying abreast of market trends and innovations worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough research on our competitors and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and differentiation
2. Generating innovative ideas for brand promotions and marketing campaigns that can be pitched to clients, whether or not a campaign brief has been provided
3. Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences, and to identify new potential clients for outreach
4. Utilizing your excellent social skills to build rapport and trust with clients, and to effectively convey the value of our proposed initiatives
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
6. Crafting persuasive sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our proposed strategies and solutions to both new and existing clients
7. Proactively seeking feedback from clients and incorporating it into future pitches and proposals
8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes by sharing insights and best practices with the team

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
