Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
2. Identify opportunities for process improvements, understand needs, and gather detailed business requirements to contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
3. Understand pain points, weaknesses, and shortcomings in business processes
4. Propose changes to transition from manual processes to digital workflows
5. Design and document process flows and user journeys of software applications based on business needs
6. Develop and document business process models illustrating current and future states
7. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives
8. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions outlining changes and steps involved
9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals
10. Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to enhance efficiency and productivity across multiple levels

1. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Build logical frameworks and conceptualize scenarios, presenting findings concisely
3. Demonstrate excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills, distinguishing between incomplete, complete, and erroneous facts

9. Possess a B-Tech or MBA from a premier institute in India; CFA certification is advantageous
10. Apply strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications and design tools
11. Utilize experience in data visualization
12. Demonstrate high proficiency in technical writing
