We're hiring a creative and driven 'Business Consultant' with a knack for sales and marketing. In this role, you'll introduce Kapable's training programs to working professionals across the globe in various industries. Your job will involve finding potential customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use different methods to reach out to new and existing customers.
2. Arrange discovery calls to understand what potential customers need and their challenges.
3. Clearly explain the benefits of Kapable's programs to help customers make informed choices.
4. Identify promising leads and set up counseling sessions with our counseling team.
5. Manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing the sale.
6. Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
7. Follow up with prospects strategically through calls, texts, or emails.
8. Keep track of opportunities and leads using the CRM tool.
1. 0-2 years of experience as an account executive or sales professional in the education or training industry.
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and confidence to converse with executive-level working professionals.
4. Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Ability to understand the product at a granular level.
6. Ability to empathize with the end user and understand their pain points.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
