Position Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Professional at MERP Systems, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for devising and executing marketing strategies, utilizing email marketing, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services, focusing on target audience engagement and lead generation.
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content, A/B testing, and analyzing performance to optimize results.
LinkedIn Marketing: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and brand building, while also maintaining an active presence and growing our follower base.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods, such as online research, cold outreach, and inbound marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support in the conversion process.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing and sales activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing and sales efforts remain effective and competitive.
Qualifications:
Masters or bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
