Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify new leads through emails, and LinkedIn, and other social media outreach.
2. Work along with the marketing team to scale the outbound process.
3. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and educate them on how our SaaS solutions can address their needs.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and prospecting activities in our CRM system.
5. Create and maintain a database of prospects according to their buyer personas and extract relevant data and insights from our platforms like, or HubSpot.
6. Learn about Visdum's business model, target audience, and ICP. Research on different platforms to find Prospects details using LinkedIn,
7. Identify potential clients based on the company size, buyer persona, location, industry, and designation.
8. Gather and organize relevant data to match our customer base. Analyze the data to spot companies that can be the right fit for Visdum's product.
9. Work with the sales team to provide data-driven insights for prospecting. Help the sales team convert identified prospects into clients.
10. Build and maintain a database of potential clients with actionable insights. Track client growth and hiring patterns to find opportunities for expansion or consolidation.

Other requirements

Candidates from Delhi / NCR are preferred.

Candidates with exceptional research and writing skills are preferred.


1. Strong communication and Email writing skills

2. Goal-oriented and self-motivated

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus

5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.

6. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
