Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Data Sourcing and Management:
1. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
2. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and leads given by the team.
4. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

B. Sales Meetings:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
2. Build and maintain professional networks.
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
4. Negotiate/close deals.

C. Sales Proposal:
1. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
3. Sales Conversion:
4. Negotiate Win - Win Deals, and achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

D. Client Coordination:
1. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, maintaining reports, and making recommendations to management.
2. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of service.
