Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding the right quality supply to ensure the need is fulfilled with the right customer experience being delivered
2. Ensuring no breakage in daily operations in your city by building and retaining high-quality supply for the category
3. Implementing growth and quality improvement initiatives in sync with category heads at the central level
4. Improving partner experience to build a long-term supply
5. Owning the above mandate will require you to do the following:
6. Building a strong bond with service professionals in your city
7. Performing tight processes and SOPs in the city related to partner onboarding, service quality improvement, etc.
8. Getting to the depth of understanding real issues on the ground related to customer experience, partner onboarding, etc., and solving the same systematically
9. Applying communication and reasoning skills to onboard the right partners to the UC platform

2. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and highly focused on achieving desired outcomes
4. Strong reasoning and communication skills
5. Proactive and results-oriented attitude
6. Candidate must have their own laptop
7. Candidate is expected to have good communication skills
8. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
