1. Familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission-seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
2. Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
3. Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
4. Work on email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
5. Make potential leads understand our courses
6. Convert potential leads into customers
7. Learn & use our customer relations management software & others
8. Use related computer software
