Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various sources, and lead databases, to identify and generate sales
2. Engage with leads to understand their requirements, qualify their level of interest, and determine their potential as customers
3. Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products or services to potential customers, addressing their pain points and demonstrating how our offerings can meet their needs
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and follow-ups
5. Engage in effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure sales deals, overcome objections, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
6. Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
