About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course as per their needs.
2. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
3. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
5. Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads.
6. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
7. Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
8. Understanding customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product.
9. Working on portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Compensation:

1. Fixed Pay for the first 6 months: 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
2. After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 9 LPA (5 LPA fixed + 4 LPA incentives based on performance)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 9,00,000 /year
