About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and social media platforms. Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce the firm's recruitment services.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Use this information to target specific industries or sectors that would benefit from the firm's recruitment expertise.
3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep the firm's services top of mind.
4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of the firm's recruitment services. Customize presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that address the unique needs of each client. Ensure that proposals clearly outline the services offered, pricing, and the expected outcomes.
6. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to finalize service agreements. Ensure that terms are mutually beneficial and align with the firm's business goals.
7. Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting clear expectations for service delivery. Act as the primary point of contact during the initial stages of the client relationship.
8. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the firm's visibility and establish connections with potential clients. Represent the firm in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of client acquisition efforts. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of new clients, revenue generated, and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Collaborate on strategies to meet client requirements effectively.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
