We are seeking Business Development Associates to join our newly launched upskilling division. You will be committed to nurturing leads through inbound and outbound calls via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Role: Business Development Associate
Location: Bangalore, In office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and nurture leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries,
2. outbound prospecting, and networking
3. Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers
4. Communicate effectively with leads via phone, email, and other communication
5. channels to educate them about our products and services
6. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales
7. pipeline
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
9. Meet & exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
10. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any domain
2. Proven experience in sales or business development is preferable
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in English & Hindi, or English & Malayalam languages
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
