Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning & understanding Skillovilla as products, prospective clients& services well.
2. Understanding customer needs, and requirements and correlating solutions and customer requirements
3. Identifying and qualifying new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel.
4. Developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
5. Documenting all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
7. Responding, engaging, and qualifying inbound/outbound leads and inquiries.
8. Executing planned sales activities and developing a target list of high-potential new customers.
9. Achieving monthly & quarterly quotas.
10. Performing effective online demos to prospects.

Other requirements

What do we need from you?

1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi, and English Mandatory, knowing regional languages will be a plus).

2. Ability to make focused efforts to win customers.

3. The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (completed and pursuing final year students)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 9,00,000 /year
