This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Exhibition & Conference located in Rohini.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generating new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients in the exhibition & conference industry.
2. Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, developing sales strategies and techniques, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the exhibition & conference industry
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
6. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
8. Knowledge of the exhibition & conference industry and market trends industry events services
