Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities using LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Mine and analyze data to build a robust pipeline of prospects
- Utilize advanced search techniques to find decision-makers and key contacts
2. Sales Outreach:
- Initiate and manage communication with prospective clients through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities
3. Data Analysis & Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and track interactions using CRM software
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
4. Technology Utilization:
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and other industry-relevant technologies to enhance efficiency in lead generation and communication
- Stay updated on emerging tech tools that can assist in business development tasks
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
6. Communication & Collaboration:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with company goals

Other requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

4. Strong understanding of using LinkedIn for lead generation and professional networking

5. Technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and software

6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
