
1. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1-3 years in sales, business development, or lead conversion roles
3. Prior experience in a BDA role is a plus
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and differentiate prospects
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings
7. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
