As a business development associate at Stirring Minds, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our business ventures. Your proficiency in English (spoken and written), MS Excel, email marketing, and Hindi (spoken) will be highly valued in this dynamic position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
4. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads
5. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales pitches and presentations
6. Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
